Shipping Info

Butter Sessions ships via Australia Post.

Economy = no tracking
Standard = Tracking (inc. email notifications)
Express = Tracking (inc. email notifications), SMS tracking notifications, Signature on delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your shipping location.

Estimated delivery times 2 - 4 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 7-14 business days for international orders shipped from Australia.

Please check the shipping date / release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release up to a month in advance. If you place an order for multiple items and one of them is a pre-order, the whole order will be shipped when the pre-order item is released.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Butter Sessions are not responsible for any additional fees.

Our Economy shipping does NOT provide a tracking number. If you choose Economy shipping, Butter Sessions will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. If you choose standard or express, you will receive a tracking number and in the case of a missing item we can investigate.
